Bata Shoe Co. (Bangladesh) Ltd. - Tongi

I have been customer of Bata for last 2o years . Basically last 20 years I have purchased bata brand shoes and other accesories by my own choice. But I wore bata shoe from age of 1 so far I know . Now a days last 2 years I really disappointed bata quality . I got a lot of quality issue with bata shoe, belt ,bay , baby shoes . Maximum have been lasted for only 2 to 3 months .those was color bleeding , solt demage ,tear away , beittle comming out from kids shoes .. The strange is all things I purchased from baanni ( kama attuk) showroom . When at last time, I have gone to show my show to banni branch which was purchased only 1 day before just giving 20% discount , they were telling discounted shoe all are defective that's why bata company has given discount . That's mean bata are chittering to the customer without any information .
Now I am thinking to use the bata product again as I lost my total confidence about the bata product.
