 Ensure company asset management as per company police
 Responsible for all administration related activities of the company
 Coordinate with different departments in relation to administrative activities
 Manage any kind of undesirable situation
 Prepare & Payment of Utility bill
 Prepare Deeds & Agreements of various offices of the company
 Manage office supplies stock & place orders accordingly
 Supervise & Monitor of all Admin staff
 Repairs & Maintenance of all office equipment
 Employee ID card & Visiting Card Requisition & Distribution.
 Employee SIM Card stock maintenance & distribution.
 Conduct Monthly General Meeting with company's improvement agendas.
 Any other task assigned by the management.

 Verifying a retail loan client's information (applicant residence, office, Letter of Introduction, bank statement, chamber of the professional applicant, Rental income.)
