LEGAL COMPLIANCE
The Company complies all applicable national laws and regulations, ILO conventions and
industry minimum standards and any other relevant statutory requirements whichever
requirements are more stringent.
CHILD LABOUR
The Company refused to use of child labor in their facility .The Company does not employ
anyone at an age younger than 18. To ensure not having child labor, each of its factory has a
certified doctor who verified the age & fitness of every worker and issued a certificate before
anyone begin working in the facility.
FORCE LABOUR
The Company does not engage in or support the use of force labor in their facility. The
facility does not keep any lodging deposit, the retention of identity documents, any original
documents from any personnel upon commencing employment. The facility also does not
employ any prison, bonded or indentured labor. All the personnel of the company are
working voluntarily and not forced to work against their will.
