Being a successful organization for seventeen years Bogra Bhander did a major contribution of its success to BOGRA BHANDER JUTE AND TWIN INDUSTRIES which was hard to strive in Bangladesh.

Bogra Bhander had a vision of doing something for its consumer. In early 2009 Bogra Bhander made first step to do fair business for its consumer to provide flour with best quality. The flour mill got name as a BOGRA BHANDER AUTO FLOUR MILL.
Modern business has an own place of making commercial complex for its civilization. Bogra Bhander has two multi commercial complexes TOUHID COMPLEX and TOUHID PLAZA in the heart of the city in Bogra.

MANAGEMENT

Bogra Bhander is well known for a vigilant and professional management. To promote Human Resource Development, it imparts regular training to all workers and organizes refresher courses for Supervisory and Management cadre staff. It has a team of dedicated and experienced workmen, managerial, technical staff and executives. It has cordial relations with workmen and their representative union.

MARKETING TEAM

We have very highly experienced marketing team working in this field. Our field force collect orders from market and inform in the factory and our own transport deliver the goods on the respective customers in time and collect money. We have earned our goodwill in the market through our efficient and reliable marketing team. We are proud to have the marketing team running our organization.

Bogra Bhander Auto Flour mill is fully automatic mill. We have a team of 40 people who serving the mill with satisfaction.
Besides we have 1200 people working in our Jute Mill and 300 people in Himagar.

To meet its environmental targets, it continually invests in improvements for its products and services, and we plant trees, to minimize our carbon footprint.
