MEW was founded by Mofizul Haque and named after his eldest son Mamun and incorporated in Dhaka, Bangladesh on 1983. We are a sole proprietor ownership company headquartered in Dhaka. We are members in Bangladesh Engineering Industry Owners Association (BEIOA), a member of Light Engineering Product Business Promotion Council, A member of Heavy Earth Moving Owners Association & previously were a member of Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industries (FBCCI) with various projects completed for both public and private clients.

Management of the Company:
With the mission of establishing himself as an entrepreneur to serve the nation Md. Mofizul Hoque started his career in 1973. Initially, he started his career as a trainee worker of welding workshop during his school going time. After that in 1983, he established his own engineering venture named Mamun Engineering Works offering repairing servicing with conventional technologies. At the initial stage of his business, he created good working relation with the country’s leading corporate houses.

And he always maintains the quality of those service & product. By this way now Md. Mofizul Hoque is successful entrepreneur & proprietor of Mamun Engineering Works. After some years later he has established one more workshop called Masud Engineering Works. Few years later he has established spare parts importer and supplier called Maruf Enterprise. After some years later we started distributing Lubricants of GS Oil (KIXX) under the name of Pacific International. It’s a Korean top ranked engine oil company and we are the sole distributor of Bangladesh. Finally he also started to import Heavy Equipment from Japan, Taiwan, Ireland & Spain. Currently many big corporate houses depend on repair services of Mamun Engineering Works.
