Senacti is a digitalized mental health platform provides you with access to online and face to face counselling and psychotherapy services delivered by professional care team. We also pair you with a personal health coach, schedule an appointment for you, help you monitor your social, physical, and sleep activities and assess your psychological conditions when you are feeling stressed. We apply an evidence-based approach using a combination of coaching, counselling, and self-help modules grounded in the well-established principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy drawing on active and passive data.
