This firm was founded as a proprietorship construction company in the year 1967. In the succeeding years the firm while it sprouted as a real construction industry through the execution of number of Engineering projects & being the owner of enough construction equipment & form-work materials & being supported by the experienced senior Engineer & highly skilled professionals was converted into a limited company registered with the joint stock company of the Govt. of Bangladesh in the year 1984 with the inclusion of some senior Engineers as Directors.
