Sr. Quality Assurance

Duties/Responsibilities
1. Conduct the PP meeting, size set review, size set sample inspection, checking the pattern during PP
meeting.
2. Open discussion all kind of problematic issues with all responsible person.
3. During the PP meeting check the fabric inspection report, fabric shrinkage report, GSM or Oz,
wash standard, color tone with approval shade lot, approval shade blanket and twisting report.
4. Check the size set sample for styling, stitching constriction, SPI, wash standard, dry process or wet
process.
5. Give the cutting permission and inspection the first output garment also measurement with a

6. Adjust the stitching density for adjustment with after wash.
7. Sewing In-Line, Finishing and first packing with carton inspection report stapes by stapes daily
basis. Report sent to factory by online with corrective action plan.
8. Check the first bulk wash with approval standard or PP sample. Also check the dry process or wet
process, twisting and tearing in the garment. Also confirm the measurement for all size of garments
and inform to all instantly if any Issues.
9. AQL Final Inspection updated by online system or in mail.
10. Check & confirm the shipment sample or TOP sample before sending to Buyer

Duties/Responsibilities
1. Implement Quality System as Per International Standard for Achieving Quality Product. 2. Give
Training on Quality Tools to line People as well as Staff Level.3. Ensure that the Organization’s
Quality Management System Conforms to Customer, Internal and Regulatory/legal Requirements.
4. Implement SOP for the Quality Department. (Fabric, Trims, Cutting, Sewing and Finishing).5.
Manage the Monitoring Measurement and Review of Internal Process, Especially those that affect
the Quality of the Organization’s Products.6. Conduct Periodic management review meetings.7.
Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/Calibration of monitoring and Measuring Davies.8.
Lead a team of Quality Engineers, Inspectors, Auditor, Analysts and Technicians.9. Develop the
Quality Standard rules & regulations for achieving the Quality garments.10. Maintain Standard in all
level of Production process and ensure to maintain continuous development of Quality
Department.11. Develop and implement short term &long term strategies for Quality Assurance
function.
12. Analyze Statistical data and product speciation to determine standard and establish quality and
reliability objectives of finish product/ initial stage.13. Handle Technical & Complains Audit, Ensure
Safety quality and Compliance activities in work place

2. Audit for Fabric, trims & accessories, Cutting, Sewing & Finishing Process.
3. To lead quality team and follow up overall during the bulk production.
4. Maintain the quality as per buyer requirements. 5. Check the first output garments with all the
details and cross check with as per buyer PP sample and comment
