বালিশের উপকরণ: বালিশের উপরকরণ প্রাকৃতিক হওয়াই ভালো। ফোমের বালিশ বেশ নরম হলেও ঘুমানোর জন্য মোটেই তেমন আরামদায়ক নয়। এ ধরণের বালিশে ঘাড় ব্যথা থেকে শুরু করে স্বাস্থ্যেরও নানারকম ক্ষতি হয়। তাই শিমুল তুলার তৈরি বালিশই ভালো ঘুম এবং স্বাস্থ্যের জন্য উপকারী। তাই একটু দামি হলেও তুলার বালিশই ব্যবহার করুন।ব্যাপারে।

ABOUT THE OUTER COVERING: This pillow is made with an organic cotton outer (un-dyed, unbleached, un-treated fabric), with a zippered end. Silk cotton pillow casings require a zippered opening that is closed after filling. This also allows you to open and adjust the amount of filling (if required), to obtain the optimum comfort level. For safety reasons the pull tag has been removed. Should you wish to take out some filling, use a paper clip or similar implement to open the zip but this implement must be removed when finished. Take care when opening and removing the silk cotton fibres as they are light enough to blow around.
