I Sure Home pregnancy tests cassette work by detecting the presence of the hormone hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) in a woman's urine. Known as the pregnancy hormone, hCG is only found in pregnant women. It can be used for the detection of pregnancy 6-15 days after fertilization of the egg.
