In April 2014, a young entrepreneur had an idea to address the need for reliable and affordable handyman services. After conducting market research and customer surveys, the idea for HandyMama was born. HandyMama is Bangladesh's first and largest web and mobile platform for standardized on-demand household and office maintenance services. Launched in 2015 in Dhaka, HandyMama has over 1000 highly experienced and skilled verified handymen and more than 30 service vendors. Through its user-friendly web platform, customers can book services in a matter of minutes. To provide access to senior citizens who are not tech-savvy, HandyMama created a personalized call center staffed with friendly customer managers who help customers to get their jobs done. With HandyMama, people are able to live better, smarter, and happier lives.
