We use our proprietary formula to recycle single-use plastic bags, polyethylene, LDPE and HDPE grade granules and turn them into synthetic rubber sheets. Our plant recycles more than 570 metric tons of plastic annually, which is used in the local footwear industry, cattle farms, and bag-luggage industry. Reclaimed rubber from the footwear and tire industry is also incorporated into our manufacturing process, reducing global carbon emissions and preventing plastic bags from ending up in the ocean or riverbed. For every kilogram of fossil-based plastic produced, 1.7 to 3.5 kilograms of carbon dioxide is released into the atmosphere. Our special formula and engineering help reduce the overall plastic pollution.
