International Centre for Climate Change and Development - Dhaka

The International Centre for Climate Change and Development (ICCCAD) was established to build a world-class organization that has a strong connection to the local expertise, data, and research in Bangladesh - one of the countries most impacted by climate change. Bangladesh is in the vanguard when it comes to adjusting to the fluctuations and dangers of climate change. Numerous inventive climate adaptation strategies are being implemented at different levels - from national governments and sectoral organizations to NGOs and local communities. As such, Bangladesh is becoming a 'real-world' laboratory for exploring climate change adaptation.
